William has served in the real estate market since 2000. He has been an advocate for Buyers and Sellers in both the best and worst markets the industry has seen in recent history. His passion is helping others achieve their own goals, changing dreams into reality. William focuses on a seamless, efficient process that saves his clients time and money. That is why he chose to work with RE/MAX® and is a founding partner of RE/MAX® Realty South in Auburn, WA. William wants his clients to not only succeed in their real estate goals but to have a positive experience as well. William is also a dedicated educator and coach, both in his personal and professional life. He is certified to teach the First Time Home Buyer Education Classes for Washington State, Real Estate Education & Credited courses for New Brokers and continuing education for Real Estate Professionals. William is also a Career and Technical Education certified teacher and is a substitute teacher in the Federal Way School District. Outside of work William has coached youth sports, including basketball and Little League Baseball. He is an AAU basketball coach for grades 8 through High School. He has also taught financial education through the Junior Achievement Program.
